What Youll Be Doing:
- Maintain & optimise existing Microsoft Power Automate workflows
- Enhance and manage Microsoft Power Apps for a seamless user experience
- Configure & maintain SharePoint sites lists and permissions
- Identify automation opportunities and develop new workflow solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into smart automation
- Troubleshoot issues monitor workflow performance & conduct audits
- Document workflows & train end users on best practices
What Were Looking For:
- Experience with Power Automate & Power Apps
- Strong SharePoint knowledge (site management permissions architecture)
- Problemsolving & analytical skills to improve business processes
- SQL knowledge (nice to have!
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive mindset to drive automation & efficiency
Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in IT Business Systems or related field
- Microsoft Power Platform/SharePoint certifications
- Experience in workflow automation SharePoint administration & business process improvement
