InCustomer Support you will be taking care of the customers needs by providing and delivering professional highquality support and assistance before during and after the customers requirements are met. We are looking for a people person full of patience empathy and energy to join our Customer Support team.


Requirements:

  • FluentEnglish and German are a must
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing position would be a plus
  • Desire to work in a resultdriven startup
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Problemsolving mindset
  • Empathy and positive attitude toward customers
  • Ability to work both independently and in a group
  • Eagerness to learn
  • An open mind and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment


Bonus points:

  • fluency in Polish German Spanish or Italian


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers mainly through email
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Processing orders forms applications and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
