Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Engineer and Content Creator to join this Technical Training team. In this role you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D manufacturing and quality assurance to ensure that our products meet customer needs and industry standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Other Duties:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including product specifications user manuals PowerPoint presentations and installation guides.
- Provide engineering support to sales marketing and customer service teams.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper product understanding and implementation.
- Review and update technical content to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Support product management marketing and R&D teams in product development and launch initiatives.
- Identify analyse plan and implement training needs including curriculum development for various audiences.
- Perform training assessments evaluations and administration.
- Offer operational and technical support collaborating with Engineers to stay updated with technological advancements.
- Assist with trade show support internal and external presentations and customer engagements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field
