Job Description

    • UK and Europes most trusted provider of Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) solutions with over 15 years of industry leadership. Their expertise spans barcode scanners mobile computers RFID & POS systems printers and label supplies. Beyond technology their team of skilled technicians and solution architects ensures the clients receive tailored highquality solutions.

      With a growing presence in Germanspeaking markets they are seeking a talented bilingual professional to enhance our financial and administrative operations.

      Role Overview

      They are looking for a Bilingual Administrator to support their Finance team. This role requires a strong background in administration and finance along with the ability to manage bilingual communication efficiently. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive detailoriented and skilled in financerelated administrative tasks.

      Key Responsibilities

      Finance Administration:

      • Generate and manage invoices ensuring accuracy for both German and Englishspeaking clients.
      • Oversee accounts receivable and payable including payment followups and reconciliations.
      • Support basic bookkeeping tasks and prepare financial reports as needed.
      • Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.

      Client Support:

      • Act as a point of contact for Germanspeaking clients regarding financial queries and documentation.
      • Translate financial documents invoices and correspondence between German and English as required.
      • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve client account issues effectively.

      Administrative Tasks:

      • Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
      • Assist in preparing and updating financial procedures and policies.
      • Handle adhoc administrative tasks to support the team.

      Qualifications & Skills

      Language Proficiency:

      • Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English skills (written and spoken).

      Education:

      • Diploma or degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field (preferred).

      Experience:

      • Proven experience in administration or financerelated roles.
      • Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g. QuickBooks Xero) is an advantage.

      Key Skills:

      • Strong and accurate accounting/finance skills.
      • Excellent credit control work ethic with the ability to remain friendly yet firm.
      • Proactive and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
      • Driven to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
