In ISO (Issuer Solution Operations) Contact Center our contribution is to serve our customers banks and cardholders 365/24/7. We are keen to perform with great quality and with high efficiency via phone. We offer you interesting and challenging tasks in an international environment. Your professional qualifications include:
Experience in customer service
Good communication skills in German and English both verbal and written.
Relevant education and experience in the payment industry and contact centre environment are seen as benefit
