Could you be the fulltime Train Manager in RomaniaBucharest were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering and dynamic test expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
Youll ensure the meticulous preparation and of train testing phases contributing to Alstoms commitment to safety and excellence. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Manufacturing Quality) coordinate test activities and much more.
Youll specifically take care of managing rolling stock tests ensuring adherence to EHS management and be the point of contact for testrelated coordination. You will also be responsible for the safety and technical management of the train sets during testing.
Well look to you for:
- Ensuring train availability and readiness for testing
- Managing EHS during heavy rolling stock testing
- Executing and overseeing rolling stock test operations
- Coordinating with various stakeholders for test preparation and
- Producing detailed failure reports and test documentation
- Upholding safety standards and managing test configurations

- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience or understanding of railway product testing activities
- Knowledge of EHS requirements and highrisk activities
- Familiarity with dynamic test activities in the rail industry
- A certification in a relevant technical field.
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
