Job Description
Receptionist (FullTime or PartTime) Lincoln Meadows Care Center
Location: 1550 3rd Street Lincoln CA 95648
Pay: Starting at $17 per hour
Lincoln Meadows Care Center is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team! Whether fulltime or parttime we need a team player with excellent communication skills who can create a warm and welcoming environment for residents visitors and staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks including filing data entry and scheduling
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide general support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly professional and customerservice oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
