The Job:
You will be the first solutions engineer in the APAC region based in Sydney at Vertice and serve as the key technical point of contact throughout the presales process for our solution suite. Your role is to advocate for Vertice guiding prospective customers in understanding how our platform delivers value to their operations and fits within their procurement and technical framework. You will collaborate closely with account executives and sales managers to drive deals forward acting as a true partner in the sales process.
You will build trusted relationships with prospects ensuring they have confidence in Vertices ability to solve their challenges. By translating their needs to our postsales solutions consultants you will also contribute to seamless deployments. As a subject matter expert on our product capabilities and roadmap you will collect and share customer feedback to help shape product development and assist sales teams in articulating new solutions and enhancements effectively.
You thrive on solving problems creatively whether developing tailored solutions for customers or contributing to the growth and improvement of our solutions engineering function. You will play a key role in evolving our solutionselling strategy as we continue to grow.
