Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist for our Bangalore Urban location. This fulltime juniorlevel position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of related work experience. The role focuses on driving sales and fostering client relationships through various channels such as CRM software and Salesforce. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Software to manage customer interactions and data effectively and streamline communication processes to enhance the sales pipeline management.
  • Experience with Salesforce to handle customer data optimize the sales funnel and leverage its capabilities for effective customer relationship management and reporting.
  • Strong cold calling skills to initiate contact with potential clients and generate interest in NoBrokerHoods services tackling objectives with persistence.
  • Proven lead generation expertise to identify and qualify prospective clients ensuring a steady inflow of potential business opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Effective account management skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction retention and loyalty.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals efficiently while creating winwin scenarios that align with both client needs and company goals.
  • Advanced customer relationship management capabilities to understand and meet client needs ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer success.
  • Ability to perform data analysis to monitor sales performance track key metrics and derive actionable insights for strategic decisionmaking.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels to introduce NoBrokerHoods offerings and establish initial contact.
  • Manage and nurture leads converting them into successful sales opportunities by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM and Salesforce tools to track the sales process manage client data and ensure smooth communication with potential and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional postsales support and ensuring client satisfaction with NoBrokerHood products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement innovative leadgeneration activities and outreach plans.
  • Negotiate terms of sale with clients to achieve optimal agreements that satisfy both customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Provide detailed feedback and reports on sales activities and performance assisting in the refinement of sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure NoBrokerHood remains at the forefront of community management solutions.
