Job Description
Technical Lead Node.js React.Js
Location: Baner Pune Hybrid
Experience: 10 Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in designing and developing highquality web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and deliver new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application performance.
- Review code for quality assurance and adherence to best practices.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption when suitable.
- Participate in project planning estimation and risk management.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role with handson expertise in React and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
- Indepth understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Expertise in serverside development using Node.js Express.js and related frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating thirdparty APIs.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
