Role overview


We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with a strong understanding of B2B sales eager to engage with potential clients nurture leads and contribute to Pay3s expansion. You will play a critical role in growing our customer base by identifying and engaging prospective businesses understanding their payment needs and positioning Pay3 as their preferred payments partner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify potential customers through emails and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Product Pitching: Clearly articulate Pay3s value proposition to prospects addressing pain points and business needs.
  • Followups & Engagement: Conduct regular followups with leads and schedule demo calls with the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and emerging opportunities in fintech and payments.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales marketing and partnerships teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.



Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales business development or a similar role in payments SaaS or digital commerce.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification processes.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage Clevel decisionmakers.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
  • A selfmotivated resultsoriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
