Job Description
Kinetic Events Staffing is hiring event staff to support a series of highprofile entertainment and sporting events at Stanford University this summer and fall. Our team will assist with guest entry ticket scanning bag checks ushering wayfinding and gate management at Stanford Stadium.
Were looking for reliable flexible and professional individualsespecially those with event security or venue experienceto join our roster. There will be opportunities to work on other Bay Area events through our agency as well. This is a great fit for those looking for weekend work in a fun fastpaced environment!

- Saturday May 31st 2 PM start (subject to change)
- Sunday June 1st 2 PM start (subject to change)
- Saturday June 28th 4:30 PM start (subject to change)
Upcoming Shifts Fall 2025
Exact shift times are typically announced 714 days before the event. Full availability on these Saturdays is ideal.
- Saturday September 13th & Saturday September 27th
- Saturday October 18th
- Saturday November 1st Saturday November 22nd & Saturday November 29th
Additional Event Details
- Shift times will be 68 hours in length.
- Pay is $24/hour we pay weekly via direct deposit!
- Free parking near the venue.
- Staff will need to wear their own tan/khaki pants white buttondown or polo and comfortable closedtoed neutralcolored shoes. The client will provide a branded jacket and/or vest onsite.
Job Requirements
- Must have a considerable background in frontfacing customer service roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 68 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor appearance and actions while on the job.
- Limited phone use during shifts.
- Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
Ideal Candidates
- Highvolume venue/stadium experience is preferred but not required.
- Due to the uncertainty of shift times full availability on Saturdays is essential.
- Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
- Techsavvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
- Local to Bay Area. Kinetic Events/our clients do not provide travel reimbursements.
