Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations manage a highperforming team ensure exceptional service and achieve KPIs within budget. This is a great opportunity for a passionate leader who excels in a fastpaced environment and is dedicated to team training and development. You will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Venue Manager and Venue Manager in the day to day operations and success of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management and Rostering: Manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage while staying within budget adjusting for peak and offpeak hours.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Motivate and guide the team fostering a positive highstandard work culture and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs implement programs and provide ongoing feedback to support staff growth in service safety and procedures.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and manage KPIs (sales customer satisfaction labor food costs) adjusting as needed to meet targets and maintain budget efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with policies and health regulations overseeing daily operations to keep the team productive and guests satisfied.
  • Customer Service: Address guest concerns promptly ensuring exceptional experiences that drive repeat business.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient restaurant operations.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a high volume restaurant
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in rostering budgeting and managing labour costs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage conflict and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.
  • A passion for training and developing others with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
