About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to assess and ensure the quality of data from information providers using a statistical approach. The ideal candidate will apply statistical techniques conduct data validation and provide insights to improve data accuracy completeness and consistency.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the quality reliability and accuracy of data from multiple information providers using statistical analysis.
- Develop and apply data quality metrics to detect inconsistencies missing values and anomalies.
- Use statistical models and methodologies (e.g. hypothesis testing regression analysis) to evaluate data patterns.
- Work closely with data providers to improve data collection processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Create automated data validation and monitoring processes to track changes over time.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate data quality findings and trends.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support datadriven decisionmaking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics Data Science Mathematics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL Python R or SAS.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or similar.
- Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues efficiently.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate statistical findings into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data quality management.
- Familiarity with industry standards for data quality assessment.
