Job Description
- Prepare and present highquality Thai and hot dishes in the main kitchen in accordance with the restaurants standards.
- Manage and oversee a section of the kitchen ensuring the preparation cooking and presentation of food are to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and ensure variety and quality in the dining experience.
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen member to ensure consistent and highquality food preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen environment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role preferably in a premium restaurant or hotel setting.
- Exceptional cooking skills with a strong focus on Thai cuisine.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from senior chefs.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
