Job Description

The Opportunity

ModernFi is seeking its first Enablement Lead to drive revenuegenerating initiatives across sales institution success enablement and product marketing strategy. As the first hire in this function you will take ownership of highimpact projects that accelerate ModernFis growth working across teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives. This is a handson role where you will define and implement growth strategies optimize processes and ensure our teams are equipped to drive adoption and engagement.

This role is ideal for a highly adaptable executionoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced startup environment and is eager to make a direct impact on ModernFis expansion and market position.

The Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute datadriven growth strategies that drive revenue adoption and engagement.

  • Identify opportunities to refine sales processes improve conversion rates and enhance client retention.

  • Create and deploy playbooks training materials and frameworks to equip clientfacing teams with the tools they need to succeed.

  • Define messaging positioning and gotomarket strategies to effectively communicate ModernFis value proposition to financial institutions.

  • Work closely with sales institution success and product teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.

  • Track and evaluate key growth metrics continuously iterating to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

  • Proven experience leading and executing revenuedriving initiatives in sales marketing or growth functions.

  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to drive projects from strategy to .

  • Ability to synthesize data identify opportunities and take a structured approach to problemsolving.

  • Exceptional ability to craft messaging train teams and develop enablement resources.

  • Experience working across teams to align growth initiatives and drive business impact.

  • Excited by the challenge of building from the ground up and navigating ambiguity with flexibility.

  • 4 years in a growth product marketing revenue strategy or sales enablement role preferably in fintech SaaS or financial services.
