We are seeking an Adaptive Learning Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Enablement & Operations team. This high-impact role will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of training programs from conceptualization and design to execution and evaluation. You will not only lead the creation of dynamic AI-powered training experiences but also manage the full scope of projects to ensure seamless delivery. You will design personalized onboarding and continuous learning experiences including pre-boarding onboarding post-boarding and in-person bootcamps. Your ability to be a strong program and project manager will be critical as you balance multiple initiatives coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that our training programs are delivered on time and meet business goals. This role also includes integrating AI into our learning environment to enhance program effectiveness and personalize the learning experience for each sales rep. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to lead projects from start to finish while continuously innovating our learning programs to meet the evolving needs of our teams.
To be eligible for this role you must be based in Austin TX or New York City and will be expected to go into the office on Mondays Tuesdays & Thursdays.

The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is listed in USD below. We set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidates qualifications geographic location skills experience and addition we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
Salaries for candidates outside the U.S. will vary based on local compensation structures.
