About the Company
This innovative European Brand partnership is looking to revolutionize the care of our equine partners! The primary leadership of this company is hard at work to develop their primary product offerings and in an effort to establish a preemptive foothold in the US Markets has partnered with two toptier European brands for promotion & sales. While this role will be primarily focused on just one facet of the overall partnership the hope is that individuals joining at this level will continue to grow with the company as they near gotomarket with their primary vision!

Job Description
With the successful placement our first three team members in FL IL and NC we are now looking for additional individuals in with a passion for the equine industry to join this smallbutmighty team! The primary focus of this role will be the promotion and sales of their advanced PEMF blanket line which is one of the only products in its class designed BY FEI veterinarians specifically for Equine use. This means this product has over 5x the effect as its leading competitors. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong network in the competitive equine circles and be passionate about helping our horses feel their best! This person ideally will enjoy traveling to various farms to perform demos experienced sales professionals with a strong network of fellow equestrians who would be interested in demonstrating and promoting these products in their local areas. Previous reps have found the highest success rate in sales from their inperson demos where prospective clients are able to feel the difference in their horses for themselves!

This opportunity will begin as a 1099 Independent Contractor role for the first 30 days. Provided that the intro sales target is met 4 units) and the role is enjoyable the option will then arise to transition to a salary commission structure.

Job Duties
Prospect new clients throughout your territory via show/event attendance social media networking cold calling and doortodoor outreach
Schedule and perform product demos on client horses
Share & Utilize company marketing materials via social media and hardcopy handouts
Serve as the main POC for sales and customer service in your area
Educate clientele on various payment options including Affirm and business financing.
Track activity and maintain open communication with company leadership via weekly status calls
Manage & maintain your book of business for future growth potential!


Job Requirements
1 year experience in outside sales or personal business that involves growing a large network of active equestrians
Willingness to travel throughout territory & perform product demos at client sites
Willingness to attend shows events and tradeshows as needed
Considerable interest in technological advancements for equine welfare
Above Average understanding of equine biomechanics and preventative medicine
Exceptional communication capabilities

Compensation Structure
First 30 Days
1099 Independent Contractor Role
Commission only 15 of all Sales
Earning potential on 4 units: Up to $5070/month
**Must sell 4 units in order to be considered for fulltime employment**

Full Formal Employment
W2 Employment Structure
Base salary of $50000/year
Commission 10 of monthly sales after first 2 units sold
$500/month Healthcare Allowance

Startup
A demo product will be provided to employee free of charge on the condition that employee maintains the cleanliness of the product and returns it should the employment period ends
Trainingtakes on average 1 week to complete for a knowledgeable equestrian.
