We are looking for a student (f/m/d) to work on a Master thesis to research the thermal performance of drytype transformers. This project involves:
Responsibilities:
- Study thermal coupling between air and winding
- Optimize cooling modes (AN and AF)
- Investigate winding designs impact on thermal performance
- Develop a flexible design platform
- Validate findings with heat run tests
Requirements:
- Pursuing a B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of thermalhydraulic principles
- Proficiency in MATLAB and ANSYS Fluent
- Strong analytical skills and teamwork
