A successful Pricing Director at Fiserv leads with clarity precision and commercial instinct. You architect complex financial proposals that serve both the customers needs and Fiservs strategic goalsowning pricing profitability and positioning from first conversation through final negotiation. Youll guide crossfunctional teams through structuring large multifaceted deals and act as a trusted partner to Sales Finance and Executive Leadership. You combine data fluency with business acumen turning numbers into influence and models into outcomes.
About The Team
The Pricing team plays a central role in shaping how Fiserv delivers value to the market. We work across the Merchant Business supporting a diverse set of channels and enterprise solutions. Were embedded in dealmaking pricing strategy governance and ongoing revenue optimization.
What You Will Do
Lead pricing and commercial structuring for large complex deals across the Merchant Business.
Build and manage comprehensive P&L and discounted cash flow models that span the full lifecycle of deals.
Support sales and executive teams by presenting financial architecture and commercial strategy to internal and client stakeholders.
Drive the creation of highquality financial proposals and sales agreements.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in collaboration with Sales Legal and Finance teams.
Ensure quality assurance of financial modeling and deal structure integrity.
Identify financial and commercial risks and guide mitigation strategies.
Provide datadriven insights into deal performance bid efficiency and pricing governance.
Contribute to the development of pricing tools processes and reporting that improve speed and impact of commercial decisions.
What You Will Need To Have
35 years of executivefacing presentation experience (Csuite engagement expected).
35 years working directly on highly detailed sales agreements or financial proposals.
Deep proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables macros and VLOOKUPs).
Proven ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams in a highstakes commercial environment.
Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling skills.
Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance value creation and risk management.
What Would Be Great To Have
Experience supporting pricing strategy or deal structuring within payments SaaS or fintech.
Familiarity with pricing governance customer lifecycle profitability and margin optimization.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and distilling complexity into executivelevel decisions.
Experience developing pricing tools or processes that improve commercial responsiveness.
