Job Description:
We are currently seeking aFamily Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a wellestablished and growing primary care practice in Athens GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide highquality primary care services to patients of all ages
Conduct physical exams diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
Perform health screenings and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians specialists and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records using EMR systems
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility) in the state of Georgia
Excellent communication clinical and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to providing highquality patient care
