Position Overview
Woliba is an innovative SaaS platform dedicated to transforming workplace wellbeing and employee engagement. Were looking for a passionate Mobile Engineer (Android) with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. Youll be responsible for building and maintaining highquality Android applications that deliver seamless impactful user experiences to help organizations thrive.
Objectives
As a Mobile Engineer (Android) at Woliba you will:
- Develop Robust Android Applications:
- Design build and maintain reliable scalable and userfriendly Android apps.
- Write clean efficient and welldocumented code while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with product managers designers and backend engineers to deliver exceptional mobile experiences.
- Contribute to technical discussions and provide solutions to challenges during development.
- Ensure Performance and Quality:
- Identify and resolve bugs optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.
- Implement thorough testing to ensure apps meet the highest quality standards.
- Drive Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest Android technologies trends and best practices.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in app design and functionality.
Deliverables
- Deliver featurerich updates and improvements for Wolibas Android app based on the product roadmap.
- Provide thorough technical documentation for implemented features.
- Achieve performance metrics such as stability scalability and user retention.
- Maintain smooth integration with APIs and backend systems to ensure app reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of professional experience developing Android applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with Java.
- Strong understanding of Android SDK architecture components and Jetpack libraries.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty integrations.
- Familiarity with Google Play Store submission and distribution process.
- Tools: Experience with Android Studio Git and CI/CD pipelines for Android development.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
