POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts.
- Overseeing office management and administrative tasks.
- Maintaining first aid supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handling exit formalities for departing employees.
- Arranging catering and refreshments for meetings and events.
- Conducting safety inductions for visitors and clients.
- Coordinating with building management for facilityrelated issues.
- Addressing office employee queries related to administration.
- Maintaining and updating invoice records in Excel.
- Coordinating with procurement and accounts departments.
- Providing support during audits.
- Managing office stock and inventory.
- Supervising housekeeping and security staff.
- Conducting induction programs for new joiners.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
