The Opportunity
As a Client Manager your primary responsibility is to strategically partner with your Retail Media client leveraging shopper analytics and market insights to deliver highimpact marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth. Youll clearly articulate Catalinas campaign solutions empowering your client to confidently resell these opportunities to their extensive CPG customer base. Additionally youll build strategic relationships beyond Retail Media proactively identifying new partnership opportunities across the broader retail organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor youll introduce innovative strategies cultivate consultative client relationships and continuously enhance processes to strengthen retail performance and shopper loyalty.
Develop insightdriven retail media proposals using shopper behaviour analytics and retailerspecific objectives delivering measurable increases in shopper loyalty revenue and yearoveryear campaign growth.
Clearly communicate Catalinas full suite of marketing solutions to the retail media team empowering them to confidently position and resell Catalinas campaigns to their CPG client base resulting in expanded campaign adoption and increased retail revenue.
Identify and introduce innovative highvalue campaign concepts that align precisely with retail clients strategic priorities increasing incremental investment and establishing Catalina as integral to campaign activation.
Cultivate trusted consultative relationships with retail client stakeholders proactively advising on strategic marketing best practices resulting in consistently positive client feedback and deeper business integration.
Implement strategically designed loyalty journeys tailored specifically to the grocery retailers shopper segments ensuring campaigns result in measurable improvements in shopper frequency basket size and customer retention rates.
Own and deliver streamlined campaign from initial client briefing through to financial reconciliation achieving consistently accurate timely and highquality outcomes that meet or exceed retailer expectations.
Proactively forecast track and communicate campaign financial performance adapting quickly to market changes or client feedback consistently achieving agreedupon revenue and margin objectives.
Champion continuous internal process improvement initiatives collaborating crossfunctionally to identify recommend and execute changes that enhance operational efficiency client experience and campaign outcomes.
Drive entrepreneurial solutionoriented thinking within client relationships proactively surfacing strategic campaignbased opportunities identified by the retail client as compelling lowrisk investments.
Increase the breadth and scale of retail media campaigns securing participation from diverse CPG brands and previously untapped retail marketing categories enhancing retailer revenue and shopper engagement.
Regularly evaluate market conditions competitive landscape and shopper trends translating insights into actionable strategies that enable retail clients to anticipate shifts capture opportunities early and maintain competitive advantage.
Cultivate and manage additional strategic relationships within the retailers broader organisation beyond retail media identifying new growth opportunities and expanding Catalinas overall partnership and revenue streams.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
2 years of experience in client management retail media shopper marketing FMCG or related fields demonstrating consistent delivery of campaign results and revenue targets.
Proven experience developing persuasive insightdriven proposals tailored to retail marketing objectives shopper behaviours and budget parameters.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret shopper data and market insights translating them effectively into actionable retail marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the capability to clearly articulate marketing solutions build trust and empower retail clients to successfully resell solutions to their CPG customer base.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining consultative client relationships resulting in consistently positive client feedback repeat business and expanded partnership opportunities.
Ability to identify and develop innovative highimpact campaign concepts aligned with retailerspecific strategic priorities leading to incremental investment and deeper client integration.
Solid project management and organisational skills capable of managing endtoend campaign accurately efficiently and to the highest quality standards from briefing through invoicing.
Proven track record forecasting tracking and managing financial performance of campaigns rapidly adapting strategies to meet evolving market conditions and client feedback.
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problemsolving capability consistently identifying strategic marketing opportunities that enhance client investment and business outcomes.
Experience evaluating competitive landscapes shopper trends and market conditions translating insights into proactive strategies that allow retail clients to anticipate industry shifts and seize growth opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
