Job Description
Job Title: Graduate Assistant Business Analyst (Parttime/Temporary)
Reporting Relationship: Director of Admissions
Unit: Wesley Seminary
Department: Seminary AdministrationWesley Seminary
Campus Location: Wesley Seminary Marion IN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in recruitment strategies and enrollment processes
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into key admissions performance metrics such as lead conversion rates enrollment trends and funnel performance
- Assist the Director of Admissions in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights to inform decisionmaking
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics
- Support the forecasting of enrollment trends by analyzing historical data and identifying leading indicators

Education
- Enrolled in DeVoes MBA program with an interest in business analysis data analytics or related fields
Experience &Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau).
- Ability to present complex data in a clear understandable format.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
