We are seeking a talented VP of Product Development to join our dynamic team in Berlin.

Your tasks
We are seeking a smart driven and ambitious VP of Product Development to join our team in Berlin. As a member of the management team and a direct report to the CTPO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and scalability of our products. You will lead a team of engineers and work crossfunctionally to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement of our technology. This includes:
- Owning the development of the longterm technical strategy and aligning it with company OKRs to support innovation and scalability.
- Driving product development and release cycles to ensure timely highquality delivery of features that align with business objectives.
- Overseeing infrastructure and system architecture to support stable secure and efficient performance.
- Fostering a collaborative agile development environment to encourage team growth learning and optimal productivity.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in senior roles within fintech financial services or consumerfacing industries ideally within a highgrowth startup or technologydriven environment. You should have a proven track record of building and optimizing operations to support complex regulated financial products.
- You have a handson mentality and are ready to work on both strategic and operational tasks.
- You have deep expertise in software development processes infrastructure management and modern technologies.
- You are a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders across departments.
- You are highly trustworthy with strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- You are fluent in English and ideally in German (C2 with excellent communication skills.
- A strong skill set in project management strategic thinking and datadriven decisionmaking combined with an analytical mindset and handson approach is needed.
