Position: Finance Associate / Finance Administrator
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual for a Finance Profile position. This role will involve supporting the finance team with accounting tasks administrative work and data management using tools like Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will have a B degree and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance Support:
o Prepare and process accounting entries in compliance with company policies.
o Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthend and yearend financial closings.
o Manage accounts payable
o Assist in the preparation of financial statements reports and audits.
Administrative Tasks:
o Provide administrative support to the finance team including filing recordkeeping and document management.
o Coordinate with other departments and maintain correspondence for financial matters.
o Organize and maintain financial records and databases.
Data Management and Reporting:
o Use Microsoft Excel to create and manage financial data track transactions and generate reports.
o Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
o Ensure accurate and uptodate records are maintained for auditing purposes.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B) or equivalent.
Skills & Competencies:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP advanced functions).
o Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
o Strong organizational and administrative skills.
o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
o Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus but not required.
