Location: Delhi Near Netaji Subhas Nagar
1. The desired qualifications and responsibilities are as follows:
2. * TDS and Income Tax: Expert level knowledge required.
3. * GST: Expert level knowledge required.
4. * ROC Matters: Working knowledge required.
5. * Labor Laws: Working knowledge required.
6. * Audit: The candidate shall interact with auditors and close audits of financial statements.
7. * Review of Accounts: Knowledge of consolidation is required.
8. * MIS and Costing
9. Additional requirements:
10. * Experience: 10 years
11. * Skills: Excellent drafting and speaking skills good negotiation skills
12. * Budget: 11.5 lakhs per month
13. * Qualification: CA must have experience from an IT company
14. * Additional experience: Funding & banking experience and capable of financial modeling and risk assessment
