Scope and General Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for the development and of strategic marketing and brand initiatives that promote the Organization s products and services. This role involves enhancing brand visibility accessing customer insight and competitor intelligence to drive business growth and ensure superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Sales and Customer Service
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
- Review the Organization s product and service portfolio to identify opportunities for market share growth.
- Ensure efficient and consistent customer service delivery.
- Lead initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities by analyzing customer and business needs.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal departments to streamline service delivery.
- Enhance and manage a system for logging tracking and resolving customer complaints.
- Oversee the creation of digital marketing content including online advertisements email campaigns press releases corporate videos and marketing collateral.
- Monitor and analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activity.
- Lead the development and of surveys and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Directors based on market intelligence.
- Develop and manage marketing tools and platforms including social media and promotional materials.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events and activities aimed at enhancing brand visibility.
- Represent the Organization in external forums meetings conferences and workshops as needed.
- Oversee production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures newsletters and promotional items.
- Manage relationships with thirdparty service providers including creative agencies designers researchers and printers.

- Lead the development and of brand strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain high standards for all internal and external communications.
- Submit timely and accurate reports as required.

- Bachelor s degree in a Businessrelated field from a recognized institution.
- Professional certification in Marketing (e.g. CIM or equivalent).
- Minimum of three 3 years experience in a marketing or business development leadership role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication.
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
