Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Architect with expertise in ServiceNow implementations to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions that support business operations and drive technological and business change within the company.
- Define and ensure a coherent view of IT architecture across business information systems and technology.
- Design IT solutions that drive business change while ensuring sustainability.
- Provide toplevel IT architecture consultancy services to clients assisting in the creation and implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate in the development of bids and presentations to potential clients.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative digital solutions and implementation of enterprisescale systems.
- Optimize processes and workflows particularly focusing on ITSM ITOM ITBM modules and other areas of ServiceNow.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and ITIL standards managing the application lifecycle on the ServiceNow platform.
- Mentor and support technical teams and key stakeholders in ServiceNow best practices.
- Contribute to industry events and create specialist points of view for the market.
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations with experience as an Architect or Design Authority.
- Expertise in designing and implementing IT solutions particularly in ITSM ITOM and ITBM areas.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies including SAFE Scrum and Waterfall.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to create and present technology solutions to clients.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and application lifecycle management.
