Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project management team to ensure the smooth of various projects. You will be responsible for overseeing timelines resources and communication ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from start to finish.
Manage project timelines schedules and budgets.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor and track project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Collaborate with team members and external vendors to ensure project success.
Identify and resolve potential issues that could affect project completion.
Qualifications :
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
