Job Description

  • Create Magical customer experiences to internal and external stakeholders by implementing positive Employee Culture Experience & Engagement through good workplace services events management create a working place as a good and inspriration place to work. 

  • Create positive and creative workplaces ideas and programs to boost employee engagements. 

  • Assisting in implementation of  learning & development programs. 

 

Workplace Management / All foodpanda Cambodia offices:

 

  • Provides coordination and support for delivery of Workplace Services

  • Liaise with employees facility managers and landlords as needed

  • Assist in Maintains awareness of the workspace and submits janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed communicating with appropriate partners to address issues

  • Maintain and coordinate the cleanliness and safety of assigned buildings and areas kitchens equipment etc. and perform daily rounds of the building reporting and escalating issues to your lead and team members as appropriate

  • Responds to customer requests and complaints promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific request

  • Projects/Expansion: Infrastructure and design Project delivery

  • Management/Strategy: Space planning Leasing / CoWorking 

  • Managing employee programs including food and transportation

  • Managing receptionist services to ensure  customer services are provides to internal & external customer

 

People Services Management

 

  • Manage the basic compliance on labor law requirements to ensure we are following the labor and other regulations.. 

  • Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously 

  • Insurance Management onboarding new employees claim process and raising payment accordingly.


Qualifications :

  • Improve overall satisfaction with employee relation 

  • Create a truly inclusive organization

  • Manage risk effectively

  • Basic Management on insurance and compliance
