Are you a passionate and skilled chef looking to be part of a dynamic kitchen team in a wellnessfocused retreat and hotel
Elysia Wellness Retreat are seeking a FullTime and Casual Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and help create fresh nourishing and highquality dishes for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and of highquality dishes ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Work across different kitchen sections as required maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Support the Head Chef and team in menu development food preparation and service.
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards following all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Qualifications :
- Certificate III in Cookery qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive proactive attitude and a passion for cooking.
- Flexibility to work as per the roster in all operations: Lunch Breakfast & Dinner.
