About the Opportunity
As our Engineering Manager at VTS you will play a crucial leadership roledriving technical and engineering excellence as we scale our platform for global growth. Youll empower a highperforming software engineering team foster a collaborative and innovative environment and ensure our technical vision aligns with business and customer objectives.
In this role you will:
Lead and develop a talented engineering team overseeing recruitment mentorship and professional growth
Drive technical ensuring seamless development testing deployment and support of the Diverge platform
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product Engineering Delivery Business Development and Customer Success teams to align technology with market needs and business goals
Shape the future of our engineering function balancing handson leadership with strategic focus on scalability and innovation
Who Were Looking For
Were seeking a genuine and skilled engineering leader who thrives in a peoplefirst culture and is passionate about building highperforming engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven engineering leadership experienceyoull be known for empowering leaders and enabling team delivery
A strong technical background in Java or .NET with a solid understanding of AWS serverless technologies SaaS development and cloudnative architectures
Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and practical experience applying DevOps and Agile practices effectively
An open and curious mindset with the ability to balance innovation with delivering commercial outcomes
Excellent communication influencing and negotiation skills with a knack for bringing stakeholders together
A pragmatic and methodical approach to problemsolvingable to make critical decisions under pressure and coordinate teams to deliver the best outcomes
Experience in security best practices with the ability to implement and maintain appropriate security processes (a plus)
