Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Controlling Intern will support the Brand in all financial aspects including monthly management reporting budgets and all adhoc arising financerelated needs. She / he will coordinate with the Finance team / Brand team from Regional and Local Market (Singapore Malaysia Philippines Vietnam Thailand and Indonesia).
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Business analysis
- Assist controlling team for monthend closing tasks review of accruals monthly reporting for the HQ Region or for local management
- Analyze the main variances vs. last year and budget
- Evaluate profitability of the Brands analyzing monthly P&L
- Prepare monthly meeting for Brands Management
- Budget Preparation
- Support with preparation of budget template and consolidation for SEAOC
- Assist with budget submission to HQ
- Internal Control
- Review Internal Control Cockpit and highlight potential control issues
- Support with followup action on retail audit working closely with Retail teams
- Other
- Support with development of Power BI for Net Sales and P&L monitoring
- Review of controlling procedures and update if needed
- Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
- Ad hoc analysis and project follow up
