Customer Service Specialist
A successful Customer Service Specialist is someone who manages calls tickets emails and helps maintain customer satisfaction and retention. This position will manage customer inquiries and complaints and resolve requests via calls or tickets. It is the front line of the company a point of contact between customers and Bluwalk.
The job will require you to:
- Manage customer orders through email telephone and ticketing systems;
- Maintain a strong focus on customer requests and retention;
- Address and resolve complaints and inquiries via phone email or helpdesk;
- Serve as a gatekeeper for the company ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering professional support in a positive and empathetic manner;
- Adhere to established procedures guidelines and communication policies;
- Offer feedback and propose solutions to enhance our services and processes.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service;
- Conversational proficiency in English and Portuguese;
- Customeroriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of people;
- Strong skills in telephone handling and active listening;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- With an entrepreneurial attitude drive and positivity;
- A person who does more with less and strives for high standards of quality;
