Service Technician and nbsp; and nbsp;
Location: Dallas Texas

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing diagnostics maintenance and repairs on a wide range of commercial and industrial systems ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. This is a critical hands-on role supporting our service department and maintaining long-term client relationships through reliable and efficient service.
As a Service technician you will:
- Work daily with service foreman to diagnose and repair defects in commercial low slope roof assemblies. and nbsp;
- Maintain a SAFE work environment at all times.
- Adhere to RoofMaster policies and procedures
- Manage your service truck and ensure it is fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
- Provide service recommendations to the service superintendent as needed. and nbsp;
- Train/coach/develop your apprentices including providing recognition and corrective actions.
- Direct your apprentice(s) regarding work to be completed inspect what you expect.
- Complete work orders including photos thorough description of work completed list all materials and quantities used and provide any notes for use for additional service calls at location.
- Understand project scope of work.
- Understand product specification requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Verify compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Be willing to work hard and make money.
Candidate should possess:
- Valid Texas Drivers license with insurable record.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required. and nbsp;
- Available to travel short distances and nbsp;for a and nbsp;week at a time. and nbsp;
- Strong skills in time management. and nbsp;
- Willingness to learn new systems(DataForma).
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing preferred. and nbsp;
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive and professional attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
