Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe Reliable Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.
What You Will Do:
The LTAMDS Team is looking for a Training and Technical Manual SubIntegrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to support technical manual and training instructional and multimedia development training conduct resource management and planning and of sustainment strategy for the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense System (LTAMDS) program.
This role will provide support and tasking guidance for our team of technical manual developers Instructional Designers (ISDs) instructors engineers programmers and project lead to continuously develop pioneering industry leading content for program .
Youll work closely with LTAMDS Program Management Quality Engineering Global Mobility EXIM IPT Leadership Instructors and Technical Media Developers to apply disciplined program management processes and utilize tools to establish and monitor metrics and trends to ensure excellence in .

Additional responsibilities may include:
- Driving performance to cost and schedule targets
- Generating/Leading proposal inputs on all relevant scope
- Regularly interacting with the USG and foreign customers
- Providing inputs on program highlights staffing needs program outlooks and other leadership requirements
Domestic and International Travel May Be Required
This position is designated as ONSITE and is based at Raytheons Tewksbury MA.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically Requires: Bachelors Degree and a minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a military or civilian environment. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or managing project or program cost schedule and risk.
- Experience with proposal or capture management.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Understanding and application of Instructional Design concepts in blended learning principles
- Familiar with eLearning software and webbased instruction
- Understanding and application of Instructional Design concepts inconjunction with gaming multiplayer virtual reality augmented reality and Computer Based Technology
- Familiar with 3D modeling / game design / visual effects / multimedia or related field
- Experience leading/managing technical manual development for largescale military programs
- Experience with radar and/or sensor systems or other advanced electronic systems.
- Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
