Job Description
Were looking for an Analytics Specialist to join our Client Services team. In this role youll turn our clients into Procore Analytics pros ensuring success with their custom analytics projects. Youll be actively involved in a broad spectrum of activities including analytics implementations consulting services discovery and scoping business workflows report development and delivery team collaboration and client relationship building.
As an Analytics Specialist at Procore customer success is your motivating goal. Youll work collaboratively to deliver exceptional results that are beneficial to both the customer and our overarching technical strategy. Successful candidates are service oriented and possess a strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics.
This position reports into the Manager Analytics Services and will be based in Sydney Australia.
What Youll Do
- Lead analytics implementation projects including user training and client management; light project management may also be required on these engagements
- Consult clients on construction analytics best practices
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all Analytics products within Procore
- Collaborate and deliver statements of work for technical services projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal clientfacing teams including Sales Customer Success Engineers Product Consultants and Project Managers
- Assist the BI development team with the scoping design and development of PowerBI solutions including stakeholder consultations & platform configuration
- Use client data and industry trends to drive the development of future professional Services engagements
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of clientfacing experience
- 2 year with a data visualization solution such as Power BI Power BI experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of business intelligence and analytics
- Experience with professional services and consulting practices
- Bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience applying enterprise business intelligence strategies tailored to specific business requirements including construction financial reporting with ERP and accounting systems
- Effective communicator both written and verbal for technical and business audiences
- Broad knowledge of technology developments and trends
- Proactive analytical expertise and problemsolving approach
- Proven ability to work independently to achieve results
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
Additional Information :
Base Pay Range $112000 $154000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
