Senior Director Product Management

• Overall business leader for the product line with P&L responsibility 
• Defining a product line vision strategy portfolio and roadmap within the targeted application spaces 
• Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer requirements to identify opportunities for new products and product improvements 
• Preparing business plans for new product concepts and proposals 
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners 
• Promoting new and existing products to the market 
• Scaling and developing the business and engineering teams supporting the product line 
• Managing pricing and quotations for strategic opportunities 
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering sales marketing and operations to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction 
• Managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field 
• 10 years of product management or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on power management products 
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps 
• Have led product management functions and teams supporting $50M in annual revenues or more or have started and scaled a product line to a similar level
• Strong technical knowledge of power management products and applications
• Selfdriven and selfmotivated and capable of taking full ownership of outcomes 
• Comfortable with multitasking 
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills 
• Proven ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams 
• Comfortable presenting and communicating to audiences of different backgrounds
• Can travel domestically and internationally as the business needs dictate typically 30 with higher periods.
