Job Description
- Perform advanced protection and coordination studies for substations and T&D systems
- Develop protection schemes calculate relay settings and support NERC compliance
- Conduct arc flash studies short circuit analysis and time-current coordination
- Integrate relay protection with SCADA systems
- Serve as a technical lead on projects and mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Tools & Software:
- Experience with any of the following is a plus:
SEL AcSELerator GE Enervista ASPEN Oneliner SKM PTW ETAP RTDS/RSCAD
What Were Looking For:
- BSEE required; MSEE (Power focus) preferred
- 10 years of experience in protection and control
- PE license (or equivalent) required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Consulting background and mentoring experience preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client support
