Reporting to the Quality Assurance Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our team continues to offer a professional and quality service. Responsibilities will vary and may involve supporting the broader operational team to help ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Undertaking quality reviews and proof reading of IME reports and products
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with consultants and other key stakeholders
- Liaising with Consultants and other relevant stakeholders as necessary to resolve report queries
- Ensuring end to end from transcription to finalisation of reports is completed on time and meets all customer SLAs.
- Respond to incoming inquiries regarding report status
- Coordination of further reports (Supplementary/clarification and superseding requests)
Qualifications :
To be successful for this role you will have:
- Experience working in a similar position or in a medical/insurance related practice (desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in typing of medical reports (desirable)
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- A warm personal approach which is positive empathetic helpful and able to work within a confidential environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills while maintaining flexibility
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
