Job Title: Lead Software Analyst
Location: Cleveland OH (Hybrid Schedule)
Job Description:
Role Overview:
As the Lead Software Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring the effective analysis of software requirements the design of efficient solutions and the coordination of development efforts. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Lead the gathering and analysis of software requirements working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with development teams to design software solutions that align with business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of software analysts providing guidance and support to ensure highquality work and project success.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of software development projects ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes including testing and validation to ensure software reliability and compliance with requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including system design specifications user stories and process flows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and project progress to nontechnical stakeholders ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to software development projects proactively addressing issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in software analysis and design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proficiency in software analysis and design methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of software analysts.
- Problemsolving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
