Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Centre Manager / Program Manager to join our team at Magic Bus India Foundation on a fulltime basis. This midlevel position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and is based in Hyderabad Bangalore or Chennai. The role involves overseeing program operations managing budgets and implementing strategic plans.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strategic planning to develop longterm goals and execute them effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Budget management experience to oversee financial operations and ensure efficient resource utilization (Mandatory skill).
- Proven project management skills to lead projects from initiation to completion (Mandatory skill).
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards achieving organizational objectives.
- Effective team management abilities to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills for clear and persuasive interaction with various stakeholders.
- Problemsolving skills to address and overcome operational challenges.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implement strategic plans to achieve program objectives and targets.
- Manage the program budget ensuring financial resources are allocated and spent efficiently.
- Coordinate with team members and provide guidance to achieve program milestones.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders including partners and community members to foster effective collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures in all program activities.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact program success.
