We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect Team Enablement to join our dynamic team. The Senior Solution Architect Team Enablement will play a crucial role in designing implementing and overseeing the architecture of our SAP SuccessFactors software solutions relating to People Process and Systems to meet the needs of our clients and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development architecture design and experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Solution Architecture & Design:
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust solution architectures for People Systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
Architectural Governance & Standards:
Establish and maintain architectural standards principles and frameworks to ensure consistency quality and security across People Systems projects.
Provide guidance on architectural best practices.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle fostering a culture of excellence.
Ensure that development teams adhere to the established architectural standards.
Integration & Interoperability:
Design and implement seamless integration solutions between People Systems and other enterprise applications ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
Performance & Scalability Optimisation:
Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and architectural weaknesses optimizing system performance and scalability.
Conduct performance testing and analysis.
Risk Mitigation & Security:
Conduct thorough risk assessments of proposed solutions and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
Clearly communicate architectural decisions and recommendations.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation including diagrams design documents and best practices guidelines facilitating knowledge sharing.
Qualifications :
Now lets talk about you:
Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Solution Architect working with SAP HCM solutions or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of software architecture principles design patterns and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or .NET.
Experience with integration architectures such asAPI Gateways ETL ESB and related technologies (e.g. REST JSON etc..
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of emerging technologies digital solutions cyber security and IT industry market trends.
