Job Description
- Conceptualize innovative ideas to develop creative solutions that meet business goals and objectives
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs behaviors and pain points.
- Develop sitemaps to define information architecture.
- Organize content effectively for optimal user comprehension.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize user flows and interactions.
- Apply usability heuristics and accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive design.
- Design intuitive and userfriendly interfaces for various platforms (mobile tablet desktop).
- Develop highfidelity mockups and visual designs that adhere to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Create and maintain design systems of reusable components for efficient development.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Design or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD
- Experience with After Effects for motion design is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Basic understanding of frontend development principles to ensure design feasibility
- Ability to design effective graphs and charts for data visualization demonstrating an understanding of how to present data clearly and accurately
- Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated proactive organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong comprehension skills.
- Amendable to work onsite with 96pm or 107pm work schedule MonFri.
