REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 7 years.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
- Indepth knowledge of CRM business processes including Sales Customer Service and Marketing modules.
- Experience working in Agile and Story writing use cases writing etc.
- Strong understanding of customization configuration workflows business rules and Power Platform integration (Power Apps Power Automate).
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps JIRA Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.
- Write clear concise user stories use cases and acceptance criteria following Agile practices.
- Break down complex processes into epics and stories to create a structured valuedriven product backlog.
- Act as a key liaison between business and development teams ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize stories into themes and map related business processes.
- Ensure full business engagement during design development and testing phases.
- Provide insights to improve business processes not just relay requirements.
- Possess working knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules Sales Service and Marketing including basic admin tasks.
- Work effectively with global teams across time zones.
- Support UAT and ensure requirements are met.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
