Your playing field

• Through assessment and planning of technical and personnel needs definition and of a continuous developing product and systems roadmap you will not only be driving the longterm technical direction but also enhancing the tribes technical capabilities.
• You are responsible for maintaining a sustainable scalable secure and futureproof technology stack while mitigating technical risks.
• By ensuring that product development and aligns with time and scope commitments you guarantee highquality product delivery as well as achieving strategic business and technology goals.  You will be achieving this by aligning closely with the Technology Leadership team as well as managing an independent operational budget.
• You believe and foster a collaborative motivational and cross departmental cooperating work environment in which high performance is supported and innovation is lived. Through your encouragement new ideas will be developed the team continues learning and technical and product innovation will evolve.
• You will be supporting your team leads not only in hiring and growing their teams but also in managing and coaching their talents and setting goals. Nurturing an environment that supports learning and professional development.

Qualifications :

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• Qualification. You are holding a Masters degree in IT or any other related field.
• Experience. You bring several years of relevant experience in a similar role including a people management function preferably within the areas of digital companies online iGaming ecommerce or app mobiles.
• People management. Developing a high performing team by fostering collaboration and motivation.
• Innovative. Supporting new ideas through opening an environment of innovation across all teams.
• Business acumen. Strong understanding of the business its employees and customers as well as the drive and cando attitude to bring the company and the team forward.
• Collaborative. Ensuring a fruitful collaboration with the Technology Leadership team as well as other stakeholders.
• Technical abilities. Strong background in backend and frontend technologies and architecture.
