Job Description
Are you keen to start your career as a consultant after completing your masters degree or doctorate Our 24month entrylevel program offers you the opportunity to get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base.
Become part of our Women @ Roland Berger Community and exchange ideas with other female consultants at networking meetings. Regular training and coaching combined with the support of a female mentor throughout the program will foster your personal and professional development.

Qualifications :
- Masters degree from a university or a doctorate with excellent academic performance
- International experience from an internship or semester abroad
- Several internships in a strategic or conceptual field
- Fluent in Italian and English
