Job Description

 

  • Act as the primary contact for all Customer and Supply Chain related responsibilities for the islands of Fiji.
  • Manage daily incoming orders and close daily shipped orders for FIJI Water
  • Work with warehouses and planning team to ensure there are no missing orders.
  • Communicate solutions successes and opportunities to the Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Support overall supply chain planning sales operations and expansion projects.
  • Communicate with Sales team via telephone/email inorder to provide information about products and services.
  • Coordinate and Communicate with the Sales/Plant and Fleet Logistics/Finance team regarding customer orders concerns and complaints.
  • Addressing disputes with customers regarding invoicing
  • Following up on invoices that are aging over 60 days and reviewing the statements with Finance
  • Manage/Enter daily incoming orders for the islands of Fiji.
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding product problems service questions and general customer concerns turning frustrated clients into repeat customers impacting the companys bottom line.
  • Ship confirm daily outbound orders and conduct month end closing.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
  • Process and research noncompliment chargebacks.
  • Provide feedback and followup on the performance of tasks to customer service team.
  • Maintaining a Disputes Log.
  • Coordinate and manage timely submission of compliance documents for Middle East and Asia markets
  • Work with Min of Health (FIJI) and Min of Foreign Affairs and other government agencies to ensure close collaboration and timely submission of required documentation
  • Support Manager Sustainability in driving sustainability initiatives for NWVL
  • Work closely with Mission Pacific on driving NWVLs extended producer responsibility initiatives
  • Closely manage the YQ and NKB warehouses to ensure there are no missing orders or inventory discrepancies.
  • Systematically receive in all FIJI Water Container Inbounds.
  • Organize physical inventory transfers between Storage locations at YQ and NKB.
  • Work with warehouse and logistics team to ensure that any inventory moves are being properly recorded and executed.
  • Reconcile and identify the root cause of any inventory discrepancies.
  • Analyze and perform all proposed inventory adjustments within the system.
  • Ensure accurate inventory system records are available to accounting in a timely manner for month end close.
  • Process all Distribution related Invoices.
  • Prepare and closely manage daily order status report by tracking the status of open orders.
  • Respond with any Return Material Authorization request and address the issue in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate exceptions with deliveries and make the proper judgment on how to respond.
  • Process all Transportation related Invoices.
  • Work with YQ and NKB logistics team on the logistics and transportation requirement for goods shipment to customers.

Qualifications :

  • BS/BA required; preferably in Logistics Management Supply Chain Management Mathematics Accounting Finance or Business Management
  • Minimum of 13 work experience
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership relationship building and communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel Power Point MS Outlook.
  • Experience with order management systems (Oracle highly preferred)
